ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1317 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Windsor <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include <br />in the R-3 Residence District the following described land: <br />A part of the NA -4 NAt of Section 6, Town of Windsor, described as <br />follows= <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of the plat of the Village of Morrisonville; <br />thence Northeasterly along the North line of the said plat extended, 29? feet; _'' <br />thence Southeasterly 293 feet to the North line of CM -DM; thence uthwesteil <br />along said North line to the Northeast line of the plat of the Village ©f -- <br />Morrisonville; thence Northwesterly along the Northeast line to the point of <br />beginning, <br />Effective date: August 20, 1970 <br />ZONIM ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 1318 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Fitchburg <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the vont district maps of the Town of Fitchburg be amended to include <br />in the C-1 Con ercial and Light Manufacturing District the following <br />described land: <br />Part of the South 1/2 of Section 6, Town of Fitchburg, described as <br />f ollows = <br />Beginning at the South �4 corner of Section 6, T6N, R9E, thence N 00° 45t 52" E, <br />988.39 feet; thence N 8811 45, 02" V, 269.22 feet; thence 000 04, 040 W, <br />439.40 feet; thence N 430 o6 t 08" E, 409.20 feet; thence v 809 11' 00" E, <br />850.44 feet; thence S 15° 051 36" W, along the Westerly right-of-way line of <br />USH 18 and 151, 1,!75.62 feet; thence S 53° 121 55" N, 279.63 feet; thence <br />N 880 54' 32" W, 252.96 feet to the point of beginning, <br />Effective date: August 20, 1970 <br />
