ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 1319 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to District in the Town of Fitchburg <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />fhAt the zoning district imps of the Town of Fitchburg be amended to include <br />in the CO -1 Conservancy District the following described land: <br />Out lot #2 of the Belmar Subdivision also a part of Section 5 described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the Souteast corner of the First Addition to Allied Terrace, <br />a recorded Plat located in the Nh of Section 5, Town of Fitchburg; thence <br />N r 29' E along the East line of said Plat, 551.25 feet to the Southerly <br />right-of-way line of the C & W. RR; thence N 80° 49' E along the Southerly <br />right-of-way line of said Railroad, 2667.51 feet to the centerline of <br />Seminole Highway; thence S 16° 09' V along the centerline of Seminole Highway <br />1032.13 feet to a point of curve; thence continuing on the center line of <br />Seminole Highway along a 626.68 foot radius curve to the right, measured <br />along a chord which bears S 29 17' W for a distance of 200 feet; thence <br />N 460 31' W, 160 feet; thence S 76° 17' 'W, 1324.32 feet to the North/South <br />quarter line of Section 5; thence N V 52' E along said North/South quarter <br />line 130.312 feet to a meander corner for the center line of Section 5 as <br />monumented by the City of Madison; thence continuing N 1° 52' E along said <br />North/South quarter line 321.70 feet to the center of said Section 5; <br />thence S 860 43' W, 886.45 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Effective date: August 20, 1970 <br />
