ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1320 <br />Amending the text of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance being Chapter 10 <br />of the Dane County Ordinances. <br />—The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain aspfollows: <br />Subsection 10.01 (43) is hereby repealed. <br />Subsections 10.01 (24) thru (4) are hereby renumbered to read (25) thru (43). <br />A new subsection 10.01 (24) is hereby crated to read as follows: <br />(24) Junk or salvage: any item, material or product which is no longer <br />usable as was originally intended. An automobile, truck or other <br />motor vehicle may be considered for purposes of this ordinance as <br />junk if it is not currently licensed and has had any of its parts <br />removed or is not in operating condition. <br />Subsection 10.01 (36) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(36) Parking lots an area or premises on which automobiles may be parked <br />ems -stared- ®ani s and may include parking spaces for-pent-ev <br />for the accomodation of cars in connection with a business estFab- <br />lisixau�,nt, p fessional-Yeffieey apartment building, office building <br />or the like aP-Re-r-the -te ePary-atemge-of-save-awrl-t� g-ee <br />aettleent�-b€t-net-far-tla-we�3ln;-s-�pa�«oaf-cas.Such lot <br />shall be located in the s636e zoning district as the building or <br />aC tvA is 1 tended E6 Rnrvp. _ <br />A new subsection 10.08 (1) (d) is hereby created to read as follow : <br />(d) Nursing homes, convalescent homes or extended care facilities <br />provided that such buildings be located not less than 50 feet <br />from any lot in a. residence district. Subject to the provisio <br />of 10.25 (4) Application for .Approval of Site. <br />A new subsection 10.11 (1) (d) 9. is hereby created to read as fol <br />9. The sale or repair of any item which because of its sire or bunk <br />requires storage or display outside of a building. <br />Subsection 10.12 (1) (a) thru (k) is hereby repealed and recreated to rea <br />as follows: <br />(1) PERNMTTED USES <br />(a) Single fami.ly'detached dwelling units. <br />(b) All types of agriculture including general farming,, dairying, livestock <br />and poultry raising, dog kennels, apiaries, colony houses, fur farms, <br />horticulture, including nurseries, green houses and roadside stands <br />which offer for sale only those products which are grown or produced <br />on the premises. <br />(c) _Landing fields or landing strips along with the accessory structures <br />whish are for the convenience of the owner of the land on which the <br />facilities are located. <br />(d) Utility lines both above and below ground along with, such structures <br />as are necess y for the operation of such linea but not including <br />
