ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1320 Amending the text of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance being Chapter 10 of the Dane County Ordinances. —The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain aspfollows: Subsection 10.01 (43) is hereby repealed. Subsections 10.01 (24) thru (4) are hereby renumbered to read (25) thru (43). A new subsection 10.01 (24) is hereby crated to read as follows: (24) Junk or salvage: any item, material or product which is no longer usable as was originally intended. An automobile, truck or other motor vehicle may be considered for purposes of this ordinance as junk if it is not currently licensed and has had any of its parts removed or is not in operating condition.
