Page #3 - <br />A new subsection 10.12 (3) is hereby created to'read as follows.- <br />(3) <br />ollows: <br />(3) CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED IN THE A-1 AGRICULTU DISTRICT <br />A new subsection 10.12 (3) (a) is`hereby created to read as follows: <br />(a) Mineral extraction. <br />Subsection 10.12 (1) (c) is hereby renumbered 10.12 (3) (a) 1. <br />Subsection 10.12 (1) (c) (1.) is hereby renumbered 10.12 (3) (a) 2. <br />Subsection 10.12 (1) (c) (2) is hereby renumbered 10.12 (3) (a) 3• <br />Subsection 10.12 (1) (c) (3) is hereby renumbered 10.12 (3) (a) 4. and is <br />amended to read as follows <br />4. Application for a conditional use permi.t:`for a mineral extraction <br />operation proposed to be located within 600 feet of a residence <br />district zone, a residential subdivision, or a city or village limits <br />line, or within 300 feet of an building occu iedfor residential <br />purposes; or or a hot black -top m or ready mixed concre p n , <br />s submitted to the County Zoning Committee for public hearing <br />and ".approval. The conditional usepermi.t shall be for a period of <br />titre as stated in the application or as modified by the County Zoning <br />Cormittee. Modification of the application or reclamation plan may be <br />permitted or additional conditions may be required upon application. <br />The County Zoning Committee shall consider the effect of the proposed <br />operation and the proposed reclamation upon existing and future conditions, <br />including streets, neighboring 1 � :development, land use drainage, <br />water supply, grater pollution, a� kyr` ollution, soil erosion, natural <br />beauty and land value of the 'locality.The County Zoning Cormittee may <br />approve, approve conditionally or'reject the applicatioA and reclamation <br />plan. A filing fee of $2.00 shall be required for each application. <br />Subsection 10.12 (1) (c) (4) is hereby renumbered 10.12 (3) (a) 5. and amended <br />to read as follows: <br />50 All other applications for conditional use permits for mineral extraction. <br />shall include a latter of approval of the. site by the town board of the <br />town -affected and s �.11 submi Eea to County Zoning Supervisor <br />w o shall issue the permit for a period of time as stated in the ap- <br />plication but not to exceed four years providing that the application <br />and reclamation plan nets the terms of this ordinance. The. owner may <br />apply for renewal of the permit or modification of the permit. A filing <br />fee of $2.00 shall be required for each application. All existing <br />mineral extraction operations shall be considered non -conforming uses <br />and ray be continued providing that they have been worked prior to the <br />date of adoption of this ordinance and that they have been registered <br />with the Dane County Zoning Supervisor within one year of thea.date of <br />the adoption of this ordinance. <br />Subsection 10.20 (2) (b) is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: <br />(b) All Junk and salvage Yards shall raeet the minimum standards for such <br />yards as provided in NR 51, Stater of Wisconsin Solid Waste - Disposal <br />Standards, Department of NNatural Resources, Division of Enviro ental <br />Protection. <br />A new subsection 10.25 (3) (c) is hereby created to read es follows: <br />
