ZONING ORD IMAM E AIILNDMENT NO. 12.76 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDI,1ENT Nil. 1277 - Denied January 4, 1973 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1278 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Springdale <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Springdale be amended to include <br />in the R-4 Residence District the following described land: <br />Lot 1, Block 5 and the SW% of Lot 2, Block 5 in Mt. Vernon &, Byanis Addition. <br />Effective: April 15, 1970 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1279 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include <br />in the B-1 Local Business District the following described land: <br />Part of Government Lot 2, Section 30 described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Southwest corner of Lot 1, Crystal Springs Park; thence South 1° 33' West, 49.5 <br />feet to the s outhline of Crystal Avenue, also known as Shadyside Drive; thence <br />East along said south line 1.5 feet to the point of beginning of this description; <br />thence East along said south line of Crystal Avenue 60 feet; thence South 1° 33' <br />West 125 feet; thence East parallel to said south line of Crystal Avenue 225 feet; <br />thence South V 331 West 393.25 feet; thence North 880 27' West 274.85 feet; thence <br />North 10 33' East to the point of beginning. <br />Effective: March 11, 1970 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1280 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Westport <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in <br />the C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District: <br />Part of the Nim Nfnii4 Section 28, bounded by the following described lines; <br />A line 450 feet east of and parallel to the west line of the Nfh NQ, the center- <br />line of County Highway M; the centerline of County Trunk 1; the centerline of <br />'Dowd Road, extended, as shown on the official zoning map of Dane County. <br />Effective: April 9, 1970 <br />
