ZONING ORD INATI CE A1,E1011 NT NO. 1281 Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in'the To= of V;indsor The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the zoning district maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District the following: A part of the h11-4 of Section 29, Town of Windsor, described as follows: Commencing at the IiV corner of said Section 29; thence East along the North line of said section, 446 feet to a point of beginning; thence continue East to the West right of way line of the Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul and Pacific Railway;' thence South along said right of way line to North East corner of Lot 25, Block 7 of the Plat of the Village of Windsor; thence S 87" 49' 1^I, 184.21 feet to the center cf Depot Street; thence South along the center of Depot Street, 33 feet; thence S 87° 49' 1,I to a point which is 446 feet East of the West line of said Section 29; thence North to the point of beginning. Also: Beginning at the intersection of the East right of way line of the Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul and Pacific Railway and the North line of said Section 29; thence East along the North line 670.37 feet; thence S 0P 27' W,1320-43 feet; thence S 870 191 W, 660 feet to the East right of way line of the Chicago 11; l-twTaukee St. Paul and Pacifid Railway; thence North along said right of way line to the point of beginning. That the zoning district maps also be amended to include in the B-1 Local Business district the following: A part of the NTT of Section 29, Town of Windsor, described as follows: Beginning at the M1 corner of said Section 29; thence South along the Fest line, 991.28 feet; thence N 870 491 E, 4L6 feet; thence North to a point on the North line of said Section 29 which is 446 feet East of the NW corner; thence blest along the North line to the point of beginning. That the zoning district maps also be amended to include in the R-4 Residence District the following: A part of the LIA1 of Section 29, Town of Windsor, described as follows: Corrm.encing at the LH corner of said Section 29; thence South along the Test line, 991.28 feet to a point of beginning; thence continue South along the West line, 165 feet; thence N 87° 491 til to the center of Depot Street; thence North along the center line of Depot Street, 165 feet; thence West to the point of beginning.
