ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ND, 1282 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districtsin the Town of Burke <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the <br />R -3A Residence District the following described land: <br />A part of the NIA4- SE- of Section 10, Town of Burke, described as follows: <br />Cornnencing at the SE corner of Section 9; thence Northwesterly along the center- <br />line of Rattmann Road, 1693.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 87' 20' W, <br />210 feet; thence N 010 30' W, 115 feet more or less; thence West, 995 feet more <br />or less to the West line of said ;4- 4; thence North along said West line, 270 feet; <br />thence East, 900 feet; thence North, 233 feet; thence East, 280 feet more or less to <br />centerline of Rattmann Road; thence Southeasterly along the centerline of Rattmann <br />Road 620 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br />Effective: Ju7-y 2, 1970 by default <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1283 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Dunn <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the C-1 <br />Commercial and Light Manufacturing District the following described land: <br />A part of the Yka NA of Section 29, described as follows: Co imencing at the <br />1*1 corner of Section 29; thence N 89' 26' E, 572.54 feet to a point of beginning; <br />thence continue N 890 26' E 242. feet; thence S 1° 4.6' W, 213.03 feet; thence <br />S 89" 26' W, 242 feet; thence N V 46' E, 213.03 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Effective: April 2, 1970 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1284 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Fitchburg <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Fitchburg be amended to include in the <br />M-1 Industrial District: <br />A parcel of land in the NbA4- of Section 8 described as follows: Cornnencing at <br />the North quarter corner of said Section 8; thence S 89' 15' 30" W, 3.8 feet to <br />the point of beginning; thence S 10' 40' 30" W, 2648.4 feet; thence S 880 50' 10" W, <br />898.8 feet; thence N 020 59' 30" W, 1959 feet; thence N 89° 15' 30" E, x.00 feet; <br />thence N 020 59' 30" W,-6116.7 feet; thence N 89� 15' 30" E, 1125.30 feet to the <br />point of beginning, <br />Effective; May 21, 1970 <br />
