ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 41824 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BLUE MOUNDS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Flue mounds be <br />amended to include in the A. -B Acrriculture-Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the E 1/2 E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 11, mown of Flue Mounds, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the Northwest right-of-way line of <br />U.S.H. 18 & 151 and the North-South auarter line of said Section 11; <br />thence S 65° 01' E, 246.8 feet alonq said northwest riaht-of-way line <br />to the Doint of becsinnina; thence N 141 21' W, 97.5 feet; thence N 69" <br />58' E, 71.3 feet;thence ri 03° 10' W, 77.4 feet; thence TT 69° 58' E, <br />188 feet to the said North-South auarter line; thence North alonq said <br />North-South auarter line'toa point that is 264 feet North of the South- <br />east corner of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 11; thence West to <br />the West line of the E 1/2 E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 11; thence South <br />along said West line 264 feet; thence Northeasterly along a line that <br />S is parallel to said North-west right-of-way line, 250.21 feet; thence <br />Southeasterly 321.4 feet to the Northwest riqht-of-way line of U.S.H. <br />18 & 151; thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way line to the <br />point of beginninu. <br />EFFECTIVE: December 27, 1976 <br />
