Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Purse, described as follows: <br />Lot #3 of Certified Survey Map #974 as recorded on pages 234 and 235 <br />in volume #4 of Certified Survey �Aaps in the Dane County Register <br />of Deeds office. <br />EFFECTIVE: December 27, 1976 <br />
