Tanks, storage bins, <br />silos and towers shall not be subject to this limitation. <br />Repeal subsection 10.15 (4) . <br />Renumber subsection 10.15 (5) to (4) . <br />Repeal subsections 10.15 (6), (7) and (8). <br />Create a new subsection 10.15 (5) to read as follows: <br />(5) SIDE YARD REQUIREVENI'S <br />(a) For business or commercial buildings no side yards shall be required for <br />interior lots; provided, however, that if a business or commercial build- <br />ing is built on a lot adjacent to a lot or parcel zoned residential, then <br />such business or commercial building shall provide a side yard equal to <br />that which is required for the building on the adjacent lot. <br />Create a new subsection 10.15 (6) to read as follows: <br />(6) REAR YARD REQUIREME NI'S <br />(a) For business and commercial buildings, the minimum depth of any rear <br />yard shall be 10 feet. <br />Create a new subsection 10.15 (8) tb read as follows: <br />(8) SCREENING PROVISIONS <br />(a) On lots adjacent to or abutting -land in a residence district, the screening <br />provisions of Section 10.16 (8) shall be complied with prior to the issuance <br />of a Certificate of Compliance. <br />EFFECTIVE: December 27, 1976 <br />
