ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #L1827 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MADISON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be <br />amended to include in the B-1 Local Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of government Lot 42 of Section 12, Town of Madison, described <br />as follows: <br />Cormencincs at the East quarter corner of Section 12; thence North <br />781.5 feet; thence 7`T 74° T,7, 324 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence N 74° Tv, 290.1 feet; thence N 25° 30' F, 207.90 feet; thence <br />Southeasterly 275 feet more or Less; thence South 30.6 feet; thence <br />N 890 47' W, 62 f-eet;thence S 000 10' E, 87.5 feet; thence S 11° <br />18' W, 81.8 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: December 27, 1976 <br />
