ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. ;`1828 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />F ITCHB17HG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of T itchbura be <br />amended to include in the _c-1 Commercial-,& Light Mfcl. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SN 1/4 of Section 6 and a part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 <br />of Section 7, Town of Fitchburg described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the East right-of-way line of Kapec Road <br />and the North right-of-way line of CTH "PD" in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of <br />Section 7; thence North along said East right-of-way to the South line <br />of the SE 1/4 SN 1/4 of Section 6; thence continue along said East <br />right-of-way line 988.6 feet; thence East 254.77 feet to the North-South <br />quarter Line of said Section 6; thence South along said quarter line <br />to the South quarter corner of Section 6 which is also the North quarter <br />corner of Section 7; thence South along the North-South quarter line <br />of Section 7 to the North right-of-way line of CTH "PD"; thence West <br />along said North right-of-way line to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: February 7, 1977 <br />
