ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. #1844 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CO'3'mArF (-,TZnyF' <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows - <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of riot --raga Cr_ove be <br />amended to include in the _„rte 1 Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Cottage Grove, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 28; thence S 03° <br />45' E, 508.5 feet; thence S 06° 15' W, 150 feet; thence S 321 20' W, <br />1230 feet; thence S 31° 04' 07" W, 603.64 feet to a point on a curve, <br />said point being the point of beginning; thence Southerly on a curve to <br />the left which has a radius of 421.04 feet and a chord which bears S 04° <br />26' 37" E, 319.88 feet to a point of tangency; thence S 26° 46' 08" <br />E, 70.38 feet; thence N 41° 06' 08" W, 496.65 feet; thence N 49° 46' 08" <br />W, 700 feet; thence N 57° 26' 08" W, 260 feet; thence N 381 30' E, 195.95 <br />feet; thence S 51° 30' E, 343.25 feet; thence S 49° E, 660 feet to a <br />point of curve; thence Southerly on a curve to the left which has a radius <br />of 533 feet and a chord which bears S 57° 52' 06" E, 164.34 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: February 25, 1977 <br />
