ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1846 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DUNKIRK <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be <br />amended to include in the B-1 Local Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Dunkirk, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 4, that is 569.25 <br />feet West of the South quarter corner of said Section 4; thence North <br />660 feet; thence West 99 feet: thence South 660 feet to the South line <br />of said Section 4; thence East along said South line 99 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: February 28, 1977 <br />
