ZONING ORDINANCE AVBUA VT NO. #1861 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />BURKE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of ni rka be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial & Light Mfcr.. District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Burke, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 14 and the center- <br />line of Reiner Road; thence S 01° 39' 25" W, 605.10 feet along said <br />centerline to the point of beginning; thence N 76° 37' 32" W, <br />1,736.55 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of USH #151; thence <br />S 40° 10' W, 1,020.0 feet, more or less along said Easterly right-of- <br />way line to a point on the North line of the S 1/4 N 1/2 SE 1/4; <br />thence Easterly along said line 2,340.0 feet, more or less to the East <br />line of Section 14 and the centerline of Reiner Road; thence Northerly <br />415 feet, more or less along said East line and the centerline of <br />Reiner Road to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: April 24, 1977 <br />
