District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Dunkirk, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence <br />Fast along the South line of said quarter -quarter 495 feet; thence <br />North 264 feet to the point of_'.,beginning; thence continue North <br />396 feet; thence West 165 feet; thence South 396 feet; thence East <br />165 feet to the point of beginning. <br />FEB 16 1980 <br />
