ZONING ORDINANCE A VIENUAIENT NO. #1878 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot #2 of Certified Survey Map #2228 as recorded on page 22 of <br />volume 9 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County Register of <br />Deeds office and is located in the NE 1/4 of Section 32, Town of <br />Cottage Grove. <br />Beginning at the Southeast <br />corner of said Lot #2 <br />that <br />is on the <br />Westerly right-of-way line <br />of Vilas Road; thence <br />N 44° <br />39' 26" W, 180 <br />feet; thence N 28° 33', <br />79.95 feet; thence S 63° <br />05' <br />20" E, 201.72 <br />feet to the Westerly right-of-way <br />line of Vilas <br />Road; <br />thence South- <br />westerly along a curve to the right i4hose radius <br />is 367 <br />feet and whose <br />long chord bears S 28° 04' <br />54" W, 92.77 feet; thence S <br />45° 20' 34" W, <br />48.29 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: May 2, 1977 <br />
