ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 41879 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />NI0N PUSE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose <br />amended to include in the A-1 Agriculture <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />A part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 1 0 and a part of the NW 1/4 <br />NW 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Montrose, described as follows: <br />Beginning at <br />the intersection of the <br />centerline of STH "69" and <br />the <br />South line <br />of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 <br />of Section 11; thence N 12° <br />57' <br />W, along <br />the centerline of a town <br />road, 690.1 feet; thence S 87° <br />05' <br />W, 279.68 <br />feet; thence N O1" 41' <br />W, 108.68 feet; thence N 87° <br />17' <br />W, 200 feet more or less; thence <br />South to the centerline of STH <br />"69"; <br />thence <br />Southeasterly along said <br />centerline to the point of be- <br />ginning. <br />To also include in the C-1 Commercial & Light Manufacturing Dis- <br />trict: is- <br />trict: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Montrose, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of STH "69" and <br />the South line of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N 12° 57' W, along <br />the centerline of a town road 690.1 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence S 87° 05' W, 279.68 feet to the West line of said Section <br />11; thence South along said West line 160 feet; thence N 87° 05' <br />E to the centerline of said town road; thence N 12° 57' W along <br />said centerline to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: May 31, 1977 <br />
