ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1888 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />T)TTNN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be <br />amended to include in the R--1 Resi.d.cnce District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Dunn, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 4; thence <br />S 890 12' 24" W, 377 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />continues 89° 13' 24", 653.01 feet; thence N 160 01' 06" W, <br />128.19 feet; thence N 30° 57' 41" E, 55.50 feet; thence <br />N 460 00' 52" E, 179.72 feet; thence N 55° 51' 55" E, 179.55 <br />feet; thence N 600 14' 40" E, 308 feet; thence S 13° E, 203 <br />feet; thence S 19° 20' E, 184 feet; thence S 000 46' 36" E, <br />172 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: August 23, 1 9 7 7 <br />
