ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1889 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CROSS PLAINS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be <br />amended to include in the C-1 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Cross Plains, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the centerline of Bourbon Road that is N 880 <br />40' E, 668 feet from the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; <br />thence N 040 E, 434 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line a rail- <br />road right-of-way; thence Southeasterly along said South right-of-way <br />line to the East line of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence South along said <br />East line to the centerline of Bourbon Road; thence Westerly along <br />said centerline to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 15, 1977 <br />
