ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1735 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to zoning districts in the Town of Burke <br />The bane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Burke be amended to <br />include in the C-2 Commercial & Light Mfg. District, the following <br />described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Burke, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 12; thence S 00° <br />45' 1611 W, 1327.43 feet; thence N 870 18' 4211 E, 1330 feet more or <br />less to the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 12 <br />and the point of beginning; thence north along the west line of <br />said NE 1/4 SW 1/4, 300 feet; thence N 870 18' 4211 E, 161 feet; <br />thence Southeasterly 205 feet more or less and normal to the North- <br />westerly right-of-way line of a frontage road; thence Southwesterly <br />along said right-of-way line to its intersection with the South <br />line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 870 18' 42" W, 175 feet more <br />or less to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: May 21, 1976 <br />V ; 19 <br />
