ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1736 <br />Amending Section 10.(_13 relating to zoning districts in the Town of Westport <br />The Dane Golanty Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Westport be amended to <br />include in the B-1 Local Business District. the following <br />described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Westport, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 18, Town of Burke; <br />thence N 010 41' 15" E, 293.01 feet to the point of beginning <br />thence N 890 35' 07" W, 773.97 feet; thence N 460 35' 15" E, <br />157.58 feet; thence N 530 47' 23" E, 439.41 feet; thence N 420 <br />09' 5811 E, 486.36 feet; thence S 01° 41' 1511 W, 734.28 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: April 19, 1976 <br />
