ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1908 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of _Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the A -B Agriculture -Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Cottage Grove, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing <br />at the Northwest corner of Section 30; thence S 00° 47' <br />W along the <br />centerline of Brandt <br />Road 2565.69 feet; thence N 86° <br />54' <br />E, 206.26 feet; thence S 00° 47' <br />W, 287.40 feet; thence N 86° 47' <br />27" <br />E, 1,044.38 <br />feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence continue N 86° <br />47' <br />27" E, 7.0 <br />feet; thence S 03° 12' <br />33" E, 330.0 feet; thence S 86° <br />47' <br />27" W, 7.0 <br />feet; thence N 03° 12' <br />33" W, 330.0 feet to the point <br />of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: July 9, 1977 <br />
