ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1909 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the INE 1/4 W 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove, de— <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing <br />at the South <br />quarter corner of said Section 7, thence N 000 <br />47' 51" W, <br />1322.12 feet <br />to the point <br />of beginning; thence continue N 001 <br />47' 51" W, <br />153.82 feet; <br />thence S 85° <br />32' 08" W, 283.07 feet; thence S 000 <br />47' 51" E, <br />153.82 feet; <br />thence N 850 <br />32' 08" E, 283.07 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: August 1, 1977 <br />
