ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. #1941 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br />Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of <br />said Section 7; thence S 03° <br />03' 21" E, 1281.64 feet; thence <br />S 83° <br />42' 06" W, 893.70 feet to a <br />point on the Southerly right - <br />of - way line <br />of CTH "BB", thence S 88° <br />37' 46" W along said right-of-way <br />line <br />100.0 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning; thence S O1° 22' 14" <br />E, 19.20 <br />feet; thence S 89° 22' 13" W, <br />23.80 feet; thence S 00° 39' <br />11" E, 52.80 <br />feet; thence S 87° 04' 43" W, <br />80.16 feet; thence N 03° 08' <br />10" W, 37.90 <br />feet; thence S 89° 15' 51" E, <br />18.00 feet; thence N 00° 04' <br />40" E, 36.65 <br />feet to the said right- of- way <br />line; thence N 88° 37' 46" E, <br />86.90 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: August 27, 1977 <br />
