ZONING ORDINANCE AVIENIMAENT N0. #1942 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BURKE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Burke, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 23; thence North <br />along the East line 254 feet; thence West 310 feet; thence South 21 <br />feet; West 148 feet; thence South 233 feet to the South line of said <br />Section 23; thence East along said South line 458 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: August 27, 1977 <br />
