ZONING ORDS.ANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1740 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to zoning districts in the Town of Fitchburg <br />The Pane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning. district maps of the Town of Fitchburg be amended to <br />include in the B-1 Local Business District the fol:lowi_ng <br />described land: <br />Part of the SV 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Fitchburg, described <br />as follows: <br />Lots 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map #555 as recorded on pages 59 and <br />60 in volume 3 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County Register <br />of Deeds Office. <br />Also that part of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4 that lies South of Post Road and <br />We s t of CTH "D" (Fish Hatchery Road) and North of Traeeway Drive. <br />EFFECTIVE: May 21, 1976 <br />
