ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1741 <br />Amending Sect -ion 10.03 relating to zoning districts in the Town of Vienna <br />The Dane Colmty Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Vienna be amendfd to <br />include in the A -B Agriculture -Business Di.stricf the following <br />described land: and C-2 Commercial & Light Mfg. <br />To A -B Agriculture Business: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Vienna, described as <br />f611ows: <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 24; thence South along <br />the west line of said section 24, 727.7 feet more or less to the <br />point of,lbeginning; thence continue 752 feet along said west line; <br />thence East at right angles 984.73 feet; thence north 752 feet at <br />right angles; thence west to the point of beginning. <br />To C-2 Commercial and Light Mfg. <br />Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Vienna, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of section 24; thence South along <br />the west line of said section 24, 1479.7 feet; thence East at <br />right angles 984.73 feet to the point of beginning; thence North <br />at right angles 752 feet; thence East at right angles to the <br />westerly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 90 and 94; thence <br />Southeasterly along said westerly right-of-way line to a point <br />that is 165 feet South of the north line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of <br />said Section 24; thence West to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: May 21, 1976 <br />
