7 ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. j#1798 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MONm OSE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be <br />amended to include in the A -B Pariculture-Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Montrose, described <br />as follows: <br />Cormencing at the intersection of the North line of the SV 1/4 SE 1/4 <br />of Section 10 and the centerline of CTH "PB"; thence N 11° 27' E, <br />156.45 feet along said centerline; thence West 403.8 feet; thence <br />S 05° 17' W, 69.1 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 05" <br />17' W, 208 feet; thence Easterly at right angles 208 feet; thence Northerly <br />at right angles 208 feet; thence Westerly at right angles 208 feet to <br />the point of beainning. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 8, 1976 <br />
