For building exceeding two stories, the rear <br />yard shall be increased by 10 feet for each full story over two stories. <br />(9) OFF-STREET PARK NG <br />(a) Off-street parking shall be provided as required in Section 10.18. <br />Repeal 10.16 (1) subsections 3., 4. and 5. <br />Create a new 10.16 (1) 3. to read as follows: <br />3. For buildings with attached <br />garages facing the long side and having access to the long side of the lot, the <br />minimum setback from the lot line shall be not less than 20 feet. <br />Repeal 10.16 (5) subsection (c) . <br />Repeal 10.16 (6) (a) subsection 5. <br />Amend the ordinance by replacing the words zoning supervisor, wherever it appears, <br />with the words, zoning administrator. <br />Amend subsection (a) of Section 10.25 (l)to read as follows: <br />(a) The provisions of this ordinance shall be administered by or under the zoning <br />supervisor, who in person or by duly authorized deputy or assistant shall have the <br />right to enter upon premises affected by this ordinance at reasonable hours for <br />the purpose of inspection. The zoning supervisor shall hold his office under <br />civil service, and vacancies in such office shall be filled by procedures esta- <br />blished by the Civil Service Ordinance. The Seafag eemm4:ttee County Executive shall <br />be the appointing authority for the position of zoning supervisor. <br />Amend 10.26 (1) (a) to read as follows: <br />(a) The Board of Adjustment shall consist of three members, appointed by the <br />ehafirtan of *-he eeunty Beard County Executive with the approval of the county <br />board, each serving for a term of three (3) years beginning July 1, with the term <br />of one member expiring each year. Members shall reside within the unincorporated <br />areas of the county une-ler tke �tirfselfeffea of thi:5 erelfaaaee and no two members <br />shall be from the same town. Compensation of members shall be the same as allowed <br />county board members for attendance at committee meetings. <br />EFFECTIVE: October 30, 1976. <br />
