Amend subsection (a) of Section 10.25 (l)to read as follows: (a) The provisions of this ordinance shall be administered by or under the zoning supervisor, who in person or by duly authorized deputy or assistant shall have the right to enter upon premises affected by this ordinance at reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection. The zoning supervisor shall hold his office under civil service, and vacancies in such office shall be filled by procedures esta- blished by the Civil Service Ordinance. The Seafag eemm4:ttee County Executive shall be the appointing authority for the position of zoning supervisor. Amend 10.26 (1) (a) to read as follows: (a) The Board of Adjustment shall consist of three members, appointed by the ehafirtan of *-he eeunty Beard County Executive with the approval of the county board, each serving for a term of three (3) years beginning July 1, with the term of one member expiring each year.
