ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. � 180 5 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />AT -UP, MOUNDS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of —Blue Mound-- be <br />amended to include in the A—R AaxicUlture-Pusiness District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Blue .Mounds, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Cori encincr at the East quarter corner of Section 25; thence West <br />along the East-West guarter line 2,002.96 feet to the centerline <br />of Malone Road; thence N 42° 42' 15" W, 140.45 feet; thence N 21° <br />41' 15" W, 371.67 feet to the point of beginning; that is also a <br />point on the centerline of Malone Road; thence East 296.25 feet; thence <br />N 120 40' W, 160.84 feet; thence N' 24' 53' E, 251.93 feet; thence N 08° <br />42' E, 165.0 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence Southwesterly 540 <br />feet more or less to a point on the centerline of Malone Road that <br />is IST 210 41' 15" W, 177.33 feet from the point of beginning; thence <br />Southeasterly along the centerline of Malone Road to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 30. 1976 <br />
