ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. A1806 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />FTTCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of. F'itrrburcr be <br />amended to include in the Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/01 of Section 30, Town of Fitchburg, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the North line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4 <br />and the East right-of-way line of the Illinois Central Railroad, <br />thence Southwesterly along said right-of-way line 198 feet to the <br />point of beginning; thence Southeasterly at' -right angles 132 feet: <br />thence Southwesterly at right angles 82.5 feet; thence Northwesterly <br />at right angles 132 feet to said East right-of-way line; thence North- <br />easterly along said East right-of-way line to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 27, 1976 <br />
