ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. #1967 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited commercial <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Cottage Grove, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 17; thence South along the <br />East line of Section 17, 1255 feet, more or less to the intersection with <br />the centerline of Clark Road; thence Westerly along said centerline of <br />Clark Road 640 feet more or less to the intersection with the centerline <br />of Vilas Road; thence Northwesterly along the centerline of Vilas Road <br />520 feet; thence N 300 E, 235 feet to the point of beginning; thence conti- <br />nue N 30° E, 200 feet: thence N 60° W, 350 feet thence S 30° W, 200 feet <br />to a point that is N 30° E, 200 feet from the centerline of Vilas Road; <br />thence S 60° E, 350 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: September 24, 1977 <br />
