ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1968 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BERRY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of B erry be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Berry, described <br />as follows: <br />The West 210 feet of the East 317.08 feet of the South 166.67 feet <br />of the North 310 feet of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 17. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 7, 1977 <br />
