ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1983 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />Pr1CI IBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the R-2 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Fitchburg, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of CTH "D" and Whalen <br />Road; thence Northerly along the centerline of CIH "D", 120 feet; thence <br />East 200 feet; thence Southerly 120 feet to the centerline of Whalen Road; <br />thence West along said centerline 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 25, 1977 <br />
