ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1984 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Sun Prairie, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 29; thence S 001 <br />05' 58" E, 1289.48 feet; thence S 85° 29' 15" W, 1297.80 feet; thence <br />N 000 07' 23" E, 535.92 feet; thence N 45° 20' 34" E, 240 feet along <br />the centerline of CTH T; thence Southeasterly at right angles to said <br />centerline of CIH T, 450 feet to the point of beginning; thence North- <br />easterly 150 feet on a line parallel to the centerline of CTH T; thence <br />Southeasterly at right angles 150 feet; thence Southwesterly at right <br />angles 150 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles 150 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 25, 1977 <br />
