ZONING ORDINANCE AN6\EMENT NO. # 2 0 0 8 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District <br />Maps of <br />the Town of <br />Sun Prairie be <br />amended to include in the <br />A-1 <br />Aqriculture <br />& B-1 Local Busi4Bistrict <br />the following described land: <br />To A-1 Agriculture: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Sun Prairie de- <br />scribed as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said <br />Section 21; thence South along the West line of said Section, <br />362.6 feet to the point of beginning of this description: Thence <br />continue South along said West line of Section 417.5 feet; thence <br />East 417.5 feet; thence North 417.5 feet; thence West 417.5 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />To B-1 Local Business: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Sun Prairie, de- <br />scribed as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said <br />Section 21; thence South along the West line of said Section 21, <br />591.58 feet; thence East 51.95 feet to a point on the East right- <br />of-way line of CTH "N" and the point of beginning; thence continue <br />East 240.00 feet; thence South 364.00 feet; thence West 240.63 <br />feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of CTH "N"; thence <br />N 00° 06' E along said East right-of-way line 364.00 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: January 27, 1978 <br />
