ZONING ORDINANCE ANEINDNENT NO. #2009 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburs be <br />amended to include in the C-1 Commercial & Liaht Mfcr. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the W 1/2 of Section 7, Town of Fitchburg, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 7; thence S 00° <br />32' 51" W, 2477.20 feet to the point of beginning thence N 57° 10' <br />38" E, 2521.03 feet; thence S 88° 21' 50" E, 258.86 feet; thence <br />S 000 54' 43" E, 310.29 feet to the centerline of Nesbitt Road; <br />thence Southwesterly along said centerline on a curve to the right <br />which has a radius of 955.18 feet and a chord which bears S 500 <br />51' 33" W, 210.23 feet; thence S 57° 10' 38" W, 1642.60 feet to <br />a point of curve; thence South westerly on a curve to the left <br />which has a radius of 5729.58 feet and a chord which bears S 56° <br />02' 08" W, 228.32 feet; thence S 54° 53' 38" W, 577.07 feet to a <br />point of curve; thence Southwesterly on a curve to the left which <br />has a radius of 5729.58 feet and a chord which bears S 530 45' 38" <br />W, 226.66 feet; thence N 00° 32' 51" E, 567.63 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: April 26, 1978 <br />
