ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2016 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Fitchburg, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 6; thence <br />N 00 53' W, along the East side of said Section 6, 477.2 feet; <br />thence N 79° 04' W, 210.0 feet; thence S 3° 12' W, 245.05 feet; <br />thence N 890 58' W, 380.6 feet; thence N 57Q 00' W, 330.41 feet <br />to the centerline of U.S. Highway No. #18; thence S 28° 25' W <br />along the centerline of highway 511.59 feet to the South line <br />of said Northeast quarter; thence East along said South line of <br />said Northeast quarter 1127.7 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: January 27, 1978 <br />
