ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2017 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />VERONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Verona, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said <br />Section 35; thence S 88° 46' 30" W, 1307.00 feet along the center- <br />line of sunset Drive; thence N O1° 31' W, 560.00 feet; thence <br />N 880 46' 30" E, 16.00 feet; thence N O1° 31' W 1278.96 feet; <br />thence N 88° 49' 40" E, 579.24 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence continue N 88° 49' 40" E, 200.0 feet; thence S O1° 50' <br />E, 350.49 feet; thence S 88° 10' W, 200.00 feet; thence N O1° 50' <br />W, 352.79 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: January 27, 1978 <br />
