ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 0 2018 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CROSS PLAINS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of the 1\E 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Cross Plains, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 36; thence <br />S 89° 37' W, 258.2 feet to the point of beginning; thence West <br />200 feet; thence South 200 feet; thence East 200 feet; thence <br />North 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: February 2, 1978 <br />
