ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2037 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the B-1 Local Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 24, Town <br />of Fitchburg, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence <br />North 99 feet; thence East 200 feet; thence South to the center- <br />line of CTH "B"; thence Northwesterly along the said centerline <br />of CTH "B" to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: May 1, 1978 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
