ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2038 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BURKE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be <br />amended to include in the A -B Acrriculture-Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Burke, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 25, thence <br />East along the centerline of Burke Road 400 feet to the point of <br />beginning thence South 250 feet; thence East 400 feet; thence North <br />80 feet; thence West 100 feet: thence North to the centerline of <br />Burke Road; thence West along said centerline to the point of be- <br />ginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: March 24, 1978 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
