ZONING ORDINANCE AVIS DMENT N0. 2313 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts i n the Town of <br />SPRINGDALE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springdale be <br />amended to include i n the R3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 24 and a part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 <br />of Section 13; Town of Springdale, described as follows: <br />Part of Lot #2 of Certified Survey Map #3097 as recorded on page 116 <br />in volume 12 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County Register of <br />Deeds Office, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner <br />of said Lot #2; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot #2, 75 <br />feet; thence Southerly parallel to the West line 240 feet more or less <br />to the point of beginning; thence continue on said line 130 feet; <br />thence Easterly 154 feet parallel to the North line of said Lot #2; <br />thence Northerly parallel to the West line 130 feet; thence Westerly <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE : SEP 11 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
