ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2314 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MADISON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be <br />amended to include in the C-1 Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Madison, described <br />as follows: <br />Lot #1 of Certified Survey as recorded on page 121 in volume 1 of <br />Certified Survey Mapsinthe Dane County Register of Deeds Office <br />also beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot #l;thence South <br />183 feet; thence East 187.5 feet; thence North 183 feet; thence West <br />187.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE : Z -,-,'G ;L 1 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
