�Ivi <br />i ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2315 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />OREGON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be <br />amended to include in the A-1 Agriculture District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Oregon, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 13; thence East <br />along the North line of said Section 13 to the centerline of Union <br />Road; thence Southwesterly along said centerline 530 feet, more or <br />less to the point of beginning; thence continue Southwesterly along <br />said centerline 430 feet more or less; thence East to the Chicago <br />and Northwestern Railroad right-of-way line; thence Northeasterly <br />along said right-of-way line 430 feet more or less; thence West to <br />the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 11 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
