ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2318 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />PRIM ROSE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SN 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Primrose, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 6; thence N 000 <br />30' E along the North-South quarter line, 754 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence N 811 15' E, 770 feet, said line being 183 feet <br />Southerly and parallel to a roadway; thence N 15° 25' W, 510 feet, <br />more or less to the North line of said SN 1/4 SE 1/4; thence West 670 <br />feet thence South 610 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 11 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
