ZONING ORDINANCE AVIENIMAENT N0. 2319 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts i n the Town of <br />VERONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SV 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Verona, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said SW 11/4 SE 1/4; thence <br />N 00° 58' W, 1056 feet along the East line of the said SV 1/4 SE 1/4 <br />to the point of beginning: thence West 101 feet; thence S 00° 58' E, <br />200 feet: thence East 101 feet; thence N 00° 58' W, 200 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />This amendment shall become effective, if within forty (40) days, <br />following adoption by the Dane County Board of Supervisors the owner <br />or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions running <br />in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br />The premises may be used only for the storage of two (2) trucks with <br />snow plow equipment and one bob -cat machine with accessory equipment. <br />EFFECTIVE: APR 1 1980 <br />545-11 (2178) <br />
