FTFECT OF THE DIMAI_, OF AN APPEAL BY THE M4U OF ADJUS1MEN : <br />An appeal that has been denied by the Board of Adjustment shall <br />not be re -submitted for a period of one year from the date of <br />denial, except on the grounds of new evidence or proof of change <br />of conditions found to be valid by the Board. <br />EFFECTIVE: FES 9 1979 <br />
