ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2229 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />DEEREIELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be <br />amended to include in the RH- 1 Rural Homes & R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />To RH- 1 Rural Homes: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 17 and a part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 <br />of Section 20, Town of Deerfield, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 17; thence North <br />alongthe North-South quarter line of said Section 17, 643.5 feet, more <br />or less; thence N 89° 33' 10" W, 1292 feet, more or less, to the East <br />right-of-way line of Oak Park Road; thence South along said East right- <br />of-wav line, 953.5 feet more orless to the North right-of-way line of <br />the C. & N.W.
